COMPANY BACKGROUND

LTA COCONUT PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING CORPORATION is engaged in growing coconuts, raw material selection, to processing and distribution of export quality coconut products. It started processing coconut products in 2018 and for the five years it has grown its own organic coconut plantation. Other supplies are generated by the neighboring coconut plantation of Mindanao, Philippines. It is widely known that the Philippines specifically Mindanao has the most fertile soil and perfect climate suitable for growing quality coconuts.

PLANT OPERATION

Harvest of fresh mature coconuts (Cocos Nucifera L.) are delivered regularly by accredited farm owners and suppliers. These are de husked and processed within 24 hours to yield the finished product-coconut products-in various forms and formulations as required by customers. LTA Coconut Products Manufacturing Corporation aims to maintain the highest standard of customer satisfaction and good business relations. The raw materials, in various stages of processing, undergo strict monitoring for adherence to quality standards. Overall sanitation and hygiene are carried out under the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices. To ensure product safety strict implementation of Hazard Analytics Critical Control Points (HACCP) is undertaken and regularly monitored and audited.
